1. Selection and design of doors and windows

First of all, please carefully review the engineering drawings, determine the type and quantity of windows required according to the requirements of the drawings, and determine the thickness of the selected profiles and steel linings in combination with the local wind pressure value, the size of the opening, the height of the floor and other factors. According to the cutting rules of this type of profile, alert and optimize the blanking design, including the selection of auxiliary accessories such as glass, hardware, steel, dogma, wool, etc., and carry out the blanking design. Make a blanking process sheet.


2. the overlap of the UPVC Profile window

UPVC Profile window frame and window sash are sealed by lap joint, and the overlapping part of sash and frame is called lap amount. Industry standards do not specify the amount of overlap. For casement windows, the overlap is generally between 8~10mm. If conditions permit, the overlap amount should be selected as large as possible, so that during installation and use, even if the overlapping position of the frame and fan is slightly misaligned, the sealing between the frame and fan can be guaranteed.


3. Profile cutting, keyhole and milling drainage hole

A. The main profile is generally cut with a double miter saw. Leave 2.5mm~3mm for each end of the material as a margin, the welding blanking tolerance should be controlled within 1mm, and the angle tolerance should be controlled within 0.5 degrees.

B. Drainage holes should be milled for frame profiles, and drainage holes and air pressure balance holes should be milled for fan types. The diameter of the drainage holes is required to be 5MM and the length is 3MM. The drainage holes should not be set in the cavity with reinforced steel, nor can they penetrate Set the reinforced steel cavity asphyxiation.

4. the assembly of reinforced steel

The fasteners of the reinforced steel shall not be less than 3, the distance shall not be greater than 300MM, and the distance from the end of the steel shall not be greater than 100MM. When the size of the door and window frame is greater than or equal to the specified length, the inner cavity must be reinforced with steel. In addition, the reinforced steel must be added to the hardware assembly and the splicing of the combined door and window. The assembly of the reinforced steel is pre-inserted and inserted in the position that does not affect the welding. Fixing, the section steel at the ten-an type and T-type connection capacity parts should be inserted after the welding plate is just lifted after the profile is melted, and it should be fixed after welding.


5. Determination of the thickness of insulating glass

Insulating glass is used more and more because of its good thermal and sound insulation properties, and its thickness is mainly determined by the thickness of the glass and the intermediate spacers. The production thickness of the spacer generally has three specifications of 6mm, 9mm and 12mm (referring to the size of the intermediate spacer after the insulating glass is made). The glass is generally 5mm and 4mm, and the thickness of the insulating glass is determined by the plastic frame (fixed frame), the main fan profile, the glass bead and the glass sealant strip. If the insulating glass is thicker, it is impossible to install glass beading. If the insulating glass is thinner, the sealing will not be tight, and it is easy to penetrate water, and the glass is easy to move.


6. Welding

When welding, pay attention to the welding temperature of 240-250 °C, the feed pressure of 0.3-0.35MPA, the clamping pressure of 0.4-0.6MPA, the melting time of 20-30 seconds, and the cooling time of 25-30 seconds.
